ABOUT

BETH SOLOMON

Beth Solomon began her career as a radio reporter in East Africa for the Voice of America. As a freelance producer for ABC News, she covered the fall of the Berlin Wall and the first democratic elections in Eastern Europe after the breakup of the Soviet Union. Solomon then worked for Cox Newspapers, writing op-eds for the Atlanta Journal and Constitution and the Palm Beach Post, later becoming a speechwriter for U.S. Senator Sam Nunn (D-GA), longtime chair of the Senate Armed Services Committee. After leaving Capitol Hill, Solomon worked as an associate at a major Hollywood talent agency. She then went on to roles in politics, financial services, and international humanitarian aid in Washington, D.C. Beth graduated from Yale.
